Company History

Ten Day Design is the end result of working within the Canadian publishing industry for over a decade and suddenly realizing that the ecommerce industry was due for a major update.

The company was created by Brett Firth, a veteran in the print publishing world with extensive training from UBC on internet programming and from BCIT on sales and marketing. With over 30 titles that made the Canadian bestseller list, Brett decided to branch off on his own to create a company that could effectively meet the needs of small and medium sized business.

How we are different

To ensure that we know all of the aspects of running your online business we decided to put our money where our mouth was so to speak and put together a profitable ecommerce website.

Everything from payment methods, to integrating shipping, full design elements and ease of updates all performed above expectations and within 2 months it was listed on the first page of Google results for some specific keyword and overnight it became very profitable.

The website sells VirtueMart themes which are ways for other web developers around the globe to theme their shopping cart systems to look more professional. It's even featured on Wikipedia.
